Located at an altitude of 1800m and situated next to the pistes of Davos’s Parsenn Schifer run, The Davos Parsenn Chalet is the ultimate “ski in ski out” Chalet in the area.
Boasting an impressive view to the East over Klosters to Austria the Chalet caters to lunch visitors and once the pistes close at 4pm becomes a private winter wonderland.
The Chalet is fully catered offering a high standard of cuisine with a separate Fondue Stubli complete with log fire & sheep skin rugs.
Ideal for large groups, Corporate events as well as a charming location for smaller private groups and families.
The chalet sleeps up to 34 people (with the possibility of adding extra beds to Total 40 people) with the following sleeping arrangements:
5 Double Rooms
1 Six Bed Room
1 Eight Bed Room
1 Ten Bed Room
The multiple bed rooms are discretely partitioned allowing for more comfortable sharing. The double rooms are of boutique hotel standard.
The rooms can be individually booked or alternatively the whole Chalet can be rented at a daily rate with a minimum of 3 nights stay, not including weekends.
The preferred day of arrival (after 2pm) & departure (before 11am) is Saturday for weekly bookings.
The Living room area of the Chalet is complete with bar & bar keeper & log fire. Board games & books & DVDs are available for your evening entertainment but nightlife is limited to your own ideas as Davos & Klosters towns are too far away - unless you plan an all nighter!
The Chalet is recommended for serious skiers & boarders or for guests who prefer the peace & quiet of the mountains as opposed to the resort life below.
Getting to the Chalet is easy - while the Parsenn lifts are open, in that you may ski down the Schiffer run to the door as your bags will be transported down by the ski lift. Alternatively take the lift & walk or hop on a snowmobile shuttle for the last few hundred meters. Arriving after the lifts shut involves a 4WD taxi transfer from Serneus then the last few hundred meters to the chalet by snowmobile!
The Ski Area of Davos & Klosters
With 350 km of pistes and a huge amount of off piste terrain The Davos Klosters Mountains comprise of Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Rhinerhorn, Pischa & Madrisa areas which combine to form one of the best rated ski areas in Switzerland if not in the whole of Europe.
