Arosa Apartment
For the 2011/2012 Winter Season we are pleased to offer a charming apartment in Arosa. It is situated on the 1st floor in a large modern South West facing Chalet in the heart of Arosa & located in a quiet area, a short walk from the shops & ski lifts.
It sleeps 3 –6 people depending on comfort required. One double bedroom is accompanied by a Mezzanine with a single bed and in the Living Room a double sofa bed & a single sofa bed.
The apartment is constantly warm with under floor heating & has a log fire as well !
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room & bathroom with shower/bath & toilet.
TV/DVD, Internet access & In house ski & boot rental. Car parking available & bus stop opposite the chalet for the 3 min ride to the lifts.

Price Includes Linen & Towels & End Cleaning but not The Local Resort Tax of CHF5- per person per night. A refundable Key Deposit of 250- is required on arrival.
A refundable “Damage” Deposit of 250- is required on arrival. Credit cards are accepted on arrival for key/damage deposit.
Airport Transfers in 4WD vehicles from Zurich or Friedrichshafen Airports CHF800- return per vehicle or alternatively take the scenic train journey from Zurich & change in Chur for Arosa.
Ski/Snowboard School or Private guides & Back Country Tours can be arranged.
