Churwalden 5 Star "Self catering" Chalet

This new chalet (Winter 09 Season) is a high-end self catering option for up 10 people. Based in Churwalden, the 10 bed property is located in a quiet residential area with ski in access and only a 12 minute walk from the Lenzerheide ski lifts.


Open Plan Lounge

Externally the Chalet has great views to the East and South with a large South facing terrace being ideal for those sunny winter days. Ample parking is at hand.


South Facing Terrace

Internally there are 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite shower and toilet as well as the children’s bunk room on the ground floor with their own separate bathroom.


Log Fire with Flat Screen

The exclusive, large lounge, dining and open plan kitchen area is the focal point of the Chalet with a Log fire in the Lounge.

The Chalet is centrally heated and Flat screen TV, DVD, satellite TV channels, W-Lan internet access, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine are fitted as standard amenities in such a stylish modern Chalet.

There is also a games room with billiards table as well as a second smaller living room and ski room.

Towels and bed linen, end cleaning & VAT are all included in the weekly rental price (up to 10 people)


Separate Dining Area

The terms of booking require a non refundable 10% deposit of CHF450- to secure the booking with the outstanding amount due 30 days before arrival and a credit card number to act as a security in case of any lost keys or damage to the property.

It is a NON smoking Chalet and NO pets are allowed.

Day of arrival and departure is Saturday.
